LxLTG has secured a grant within Project ALF - Advancing Cooperation on the Foundations of Law.

LxLTG – Lisbon Legal Theory Group, one of the Lisbon Public Law research groups, has been recognized as a European leader in research in Legal Theory. As such, it has secured a grant of 193.625€ within the total budget of 1.496.850€ that was awarded to Project ALF – Advancing Cooperation on the Foundations of Law, a project that is coordinated by the University of Belgrade School of Law (Serbia) and with the involvement of two other universities: University of Genoa (Italy) and University of Surrey (UK).
The goal of the project is to transfer knowledge to the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, in order to better equip and elevate this institution to the highest levels of research and teaching.
The Lisbon Legal Theory Group team involved in the project is composed of David Duarte, Pedro Moniz Lopes, Jorge Sampaio, Ana Escher, Sara Azevedo and Susana Mendes. The team is responsible for Work Package 3 – The Logic of Law, concerning training in the field of logic and its use in legal science.
